Operating Principle

Products are transferred to the robot pick-up point through the conveyor system. The product is picked with a gripper system selected according to the application and placed on the pallet according to the predefined palletizing pattern. Palletizing patterns can be managed through software, and quick changeover between different product recipes is possible. Depending on the system scope, empty pallet feeding, slip sheet placement, plastic sheet placement, pallet discharge and stretch wrapping integration can also be provided.

They provide a powerful and reliable solution especially in applications where bagged products must be palletized at high speed. Working on a layer-forming principle, these systems align products according to the defined palletizing pattern and transfer them onto the pallet as complete layers. Controlled product orientation, bag alignment, turning and layer transfer make it possible to obtain neat, stable pallets suitable for handling and transport.

Operating Principle

Products are transferred through conveyors to the layer-forming section. In this section, products are oriented, aligned and, when required, turned according to the defined palletizing pattern to create the required layer structure. During layer formation, product positions are arranged in a controlled manner. The prepared layer is transferred onto the pallet in a controlled way, and the operation is repeated for each layer.
