ENIVO designs and integrates paint production plants for decorative, industrial, wood, and protective coatings, covering the full process from raw-material reception to filling and dispatch.
Plant architecture can be configured for water-based or solvent-based systems and may include resin and additive storage, liquid dosing, premixing, high-speed dispersion, milling, let-down, filtration, color adjustment, filling, labeling, palletizing, and utilities. Our engineering focus is selecting and integrating the best-fit equipment package for each formulation family while ensuring repeatable batch quality, safe handling, future capacity expansion, and efficient plant operation.

Resins, solvents, water, pigments, fillers, and additives are received, identified, and routed to dedicated tanks, silos, day bins, or dosing stations.
Liquid binders and selected additives are charged first, followed by controlled powder addition to achieve proper wetting and stable premix rheology.
Dissolvers, butterfly mixers, triple-shaft mixers, basket mills, or horizontal bead mills are selected according to viscosity, pigment package, and target fineness.
The concentrate is transferred for let-down, color correction, viscosity adjustment, and final filtration before release to finished-product tanks.
Approved batches are filled into cans, pails, drums, or IBCs, then labeled, palletized, and prepared for warehouse or direct shipment.
ENIVO develops paint plant concepts around product family, viscosity profile, target packaging mix, safety requirements, and long-term operational efficiency.
