Production Process

Raw Material Preparation
Limestone is crushed and screened to 0–150 mm.

Calcination
Limestone is heated to 900–1,050°C in vertical kilns to produce quicklime (CaO).

Hydration/Slaking
Quicklime is hydrated with water to produce slaked lime (Ca(OH)₂) — white powder, chemically stable.

Grinding & Classification
Slaked lime is ground to ultrafine sizes (d97: 5–25µm) using ball mills.

Packaging & Dispatch
Finished lime powder is transferred to silos or packed for distribution.
