Pallet Inlet
Feeding conveyor safely receives external pallets using safety light sensor barriers
Film Measuring & Cutting
Pallet height is measured with sensors. Film length is automatically cut and sealed.
Stretching
Arms hold the film, open according to pallet width, and stretch the film to create elastic forces in all directions.
Pallet Output
Stretched pallet is transported to exit conveyor, stored, and ready for forklift pickup.
