ENIVO Stretch Hood systems are fully automatic load-securing solutions designed to protect palletized loads during storage and shipment. In stretch hood technology, the film is opened, stretched in a controlled manner and applied from the top so that it fully covers the palletized load. Operating Principle

The palletized load enters the system and the product dimensions are detected automatically. The film is opened according to the load dimensions, stretched in a controlled way and applied from the top to fully cover the pallet. After film application, the load is ready for handling, storage and shipment. The system can automatically adapt to different pallet sizes and load heights.

Operating Principle

The palletized load is transferred to the wrapping station and held in a fixed position. The film carriage on the rotary arm moves around the load and applies the stretch film in a controlled manner. Film tension, wrapping layers and wrapping programs can be adjusted according to product characteristics. Once the wrapping cycle is complete, the load is ready for shipment and storage.
