Gypsum Calcination and Mixing Plant

ENIVO has undertaken the technical consultancy and project execution services for an integrated gypsum products and dry-mix mortar production complex planned in Nigeria. The project is a multi-unit industrial investment comprising lines for gypsum calcination, gypsum-based plaster production, cement-based dry-mix mortar production, plasterboard production, calcium carbonate crushing and screening, sand drying and screening, and perlite expansion.

Within the scope of the project, ENIVO has played an active role in evaluating the technical scope, monitoring capacity targets, coordinating the process concept, defining equipment packages, managing the selection of suitable equipment and suppliers, providing technical oversight of manufacturing and procurement, and coordinating installation activities.

The project has been designed for the following daily capacities: gypsum calcination, 2,000 tonnes; gypsum-based finishing plaster, 1,008 tonnes; gypsum-based wall plaster, 950 tonnes; cement-based dry-mix mortar, 1,000 tonnes; sand drying and screening, 720 tonnes; calcium carbonate crushing and screening, 450 tonnes; perlite expansion, 240 m³; and plasterboard production, 37,500 m².

In addition, the project represents a major industrial investment comprising approximately 1,900 tonnes of structural steel and 24,440 m² of cladding area.
