Simple, Fast, and Practical Solutions for Low-Capacity Production
Compact Mini Plants (CMP) are dry mix production solutions developed for limited production capacity and a narrow product portfolio, with a lean process layout. The main objective of this plant type is to create a functional production line with minimum equipment and low investment.
Rather than relying on complex storage and automation infrastructure, the CMP concept focuses directly on mixing and packing. For this reason, it offers a suitable solution particularly for companies starting production, manufacturers operating at low volumes, and pilot-scale investments.
In CMP plants, production generally starts with the manual or semi-manual weighing of raw materials and additives. The weighed materials are fed into the mixer by means of an elevator or similar simple transfer equipment. In this structure, large storage silos are not included as a standard feature. Material storage is generally organized through bags, big bags, or small stock bunkers. Dosing is operator-controlled or supported by basic auxiliary equipment in a semi-manual setup.
After the mixing process, the product is directed straight to the packing line. For this reason, the main flow of the system is generally based on feeding → mixer → packing. CMP plants are designed to begin with a simple production structure; however, if required, they can be gradually upgraded with limited storage and dosing solutions.

ENIVO approaches compact mini plants not merely as small-scale solutions, but as practical production systems configured with the right capacity and the right investment balance.
With this approach, unnecessary equipment investment is avoided, the system is designed at the appropriate scale for the need, and production can be commissioned quickly.
