Batch weighing systems are designed to weigh each raw material individually according to a defined recipe and feed it into the process. They are critically important in dry mix and gypsum-based production to maintain product quality and achieve the same result in every production cycle.
Each raw material is fed into the weighing hopper until the target weight is reached. Once the target value is achieved, feeding stops and the material is transferred to the next process. This cycle is independently repeated for each batch.
