Working Principle

Working Principle

The big bag is connected to the filling station via its lifting points and placed on the weighing system. The product is transferred into the bag through the selected dosing system while the weighing process is carried out simultaneously. Throughout the filling process, product flow is kept under control and filling is automatically terminated when the target weight is reached. Depending on product characteristics, auxiliary systems such as air deaeration, compaction, or bag shaping can be activated. This structure ensures high filling accuracy, stable bag form, and reliable operating performance.
