Operating Principle

Operating Principle

An open-mouth bag filling line operates through an integrated packaging flow that includes bag preparation, precise product dosing, weighing control, bag closing, and transfer to end-of-line equipment. After the bag is positioned at the filling station, the product is transferred into the bag in a controlled way using the selected dosing system. The weighing system continuously monitors the filling process and completes the filling cycle when the target weight is reached. After filling, the bag is closed by sewing, gluing, or heat sealing depending on the application, and then transferred to the end-of-line equipment.
